The Namesake a little while ago. It was fantastic. It was the most realistic portrayal of the mythic first-generation-American culture clash I've ever seen. The kid who played Kumar in
Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle pulled off the serious role quite well. If you get a chance, go see it.

I'm interested in seeing this, but haven't gotten out to it. I was distracted by seeing "Hot Fuzz," which was painfully hilarious.
